.HYPE Coaching & Mentoring Services
A HYPE Coach or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides personalized, one-to-one student mentoring designed to:
Strengthen effective communication skills
Support positive decision-making
Build behavior management strategies
Equip students with tools to thrive academically and socially
In addition to mentoring students, our coaches collaborate closely with School Administrators, Behavioral Specialists, and Social Workers to provide ongoing support that enhances the overall learning environment.
Individual Support Services
Parent & Student Engagement Program
HYPE’s Parent & Student Engagement Program offers both in-person and virtual activities designed to spark meaningful discussions and hands-on learning around emotional intelligence, civic responsibility, and holistic well-being.
Through a 9-week Youth Empowerment Strategies (YES) program, HYPE equips students with the tools to reflect on past decisions, build resilience, and make positive choices that shape their futures for the better. The program blends interactive activities with thought-provoking dialogue to foster growth, accountability, and stronger connections between students, parents, and their communities.
